I made these for Ema's preschool class for a special birthday snack.

Little Mermaid
This is the cake I made for Ema's birthday. The lower layer is a yellow cake with lemon filling. While the upper cake is a strawberry cakes with whipped icing filling. Ema picked both flavors.
